We selected the best materials to meet the specificities and constraints of the Autocross practice. This range benefits from all the technology and know-how acquired by Bos Suspension for more than 20 years in 2 and 4 wheel sports. Compression and Rebound adjustement Our Autocross shocks have many adjustment options. Two-ways compression adjustment: Low Speed and High Speed. Intelligent ground filtration (patented technology). With hits own inertia, The FCV system allows to determine who is at the origin of the movement to be treated : from above, the pilot or the bike, or from below, the ground and its asperities. Depending on the origin, the FCV feeder releases one path, rather than another, towards the compression paths. This allows a better bike attitude and rider support, without sacrificing sensitivity, grip and damping of the ground surfaces. Light spring Every component of our RaRe and RaRe FCV range is important! That is why we use high quality, lightweight steel springs with a very high working capacity. These springs are subjected to an advanced manufacturing process to withstand even higher stresses. These springs have up to 40% less mass than standard springs, which results in a significant weight saving without compromising the strength and rigidity of the spring. Hydraulic Compression Stop Progressive hydraulic compression stop specially studied and developed by our research department to meet the specificities of the Autocross practice. This hydraulic compression stop plays an essential role in the operation of your shock absorber. It allows a precise control of the last centimeters of travel of your shock. This way, you can keep your equipment working at its best in any situation and you can focus 100% on the essential: riding! Machined head, guide housing and foot At Bos Suspension, we choose to offer you the best. The shock absorber head, guide boxe and foot are machined in our automated workshop in Toulouse. They are precisely cut from aluminum and then OAS anodized. Each element receives an anodization treatment that gives it better resistance to wear, corrosion and heat. OAS treated aluminum, due to its specific characteristics, naturally absorbs micro vibrations. Because of the combination of all these details, we can offer you shock absorbers with unequalled performance Rebound Stop This rebound stop allows you to use the full potential of your shocks. It allows precise control of the last few centimeters of rebound travel of your shock. Keep your suspensions running smoothly in any situation and make you focus on your driving style AMX-1 Oil Each product has its own specificities. That's why we recommend the use of AMX-1 oil, designed to keep your shock absorber running smoothly and avoid premature wear. This oil will also reduce friction and parasitic noises, while guaranteeing a homogeneous feeling and a good operation, even when the temperature rises. This specific oil has been tested all over the world on all the major competitions. It is the result of the experience accumulated by Bos Suspension for over 20 years.
