The kashima treatment of the forks combined with the rainbow treatment of the stanchions dramatically reduces friction. The result for the rider is an increase in comfort, feel and sensation, and greatly improves the performance of your FACTORY fork.  Rainbow Stanchions In order to offer you the best on the market, bos suspension uses the rainbow stanchion treatment exclusively for the factory range. This treatment improves the wear resistance of your fork stanchions, and it also considerably extends their life. The Rainbow treatment dramatically reduces parasitic friction. Combined with the Kashima® treatment of the forks, the result for the rider is amazing! Thanks to the combination of all these technologies, discover new sensations, those of the FACTORY pilots.  Stanchion diameter 49 mm The stanchions have been specially designed to equip the factory range. The choice of the 49 diameter stanchion was an obvious one. They provide the right balance between strength, rigidity and weight. The factory fork offers the perfect mix between increased sensitivity, greater steering precision and the ability to go faster, take tighter turns and still maintain control.  OAS aluminium anodized axle bracket At Bos Suspension, we have chosen to offer you the best of the FACTORY range. For this reason, our fork legs are machined in OAS anodized aluminum and not molded. They receive an anodization treatment that gives them a better resistance to wear, corrosion and heat. The specific characteristics of OAS aluminum naturally absorb micro vibrations. It is thanks to the combination of all these details that we can offer you a fork with unequalled performance.  Coil spring cartridge Our FACTORY fork uses a coil spring cartridge. This deliberate choice offers several advantages such as a linear stiffness curve over the entire travel as opposed to air spring technology. We also chose this spring cartridge for the reliability it provides.  Hydraulic Compression Stop Progressive hydraulic compression stop specially studied and developed by our research department to meet the specificities of the practice of high level motorcycle. This hydraulic compression stop plays an essential role in the operation of your fork. It allows a precise control of the last centimeters of travel of your FACTORY fork. That's why we recommend the use of AMX 1 & AMX 3 oil, designed to preserve the proper functioning of your FACTORY fork and shock absorber and avoid premature wear. These oils will also reduce friction and parasitic noise, while guaranteeing a homogeneous feel and good operation even when the temperature rises.
